ترجمه مطبوعاتی

گسترده تر شدن حملات رژیم صهیونیستی به لبتان، ننتیجه سکوت غرب در برابر جنایات این رژیم در حمله به نوار غزه و فلسطین است . به راستی در ساختار کنونی نظام بین الملل چگونه یک کشور آن هم از نوع غاصب آن به خود اجازه میدهد به خاطر به اسارت گرفته شدن و یا حتی به خاطر ربودن یک سرباز تبعه خود چنین اقدامات وحشیانه ای را انجام دهد؟ جای شکرش باقی است که "حزب الله" در جنوب لبنان حضور دارد وگرنه خونهای ریخته شده مردم مظلوم منطقه ، وجه المصالحه تعاملات کثیف سیاسی قرار میگرفت. اسرائیل از لبنان می خواهد ارتش این کشور سریعا جایگزین نیروهای حاضر شوند چرا که تنها حزب الله است که فارغ از تعاملات سیاسی به خونخواهی برخاسته است. امریکا هم با وتوی قطعنامه شورای امنیت ، که میتوانست جلوی گسترده تر شدن ابعاد خونریزی و ویرانی را بگیرد ،ماهیت مغرضانه خود را در قبال مسائل خاورمیانه نشان داد. امیدواریم ضربات کوبنده تری بر شهرها و تاسیسات زیربنایی اسرائیل وارد آید بلکه عروسک گردانهای بحران ساز به خود آیند و تسلیم  خواست ملتهای منطقه گردند.

پس از این مقدمه بپردازم به واژه های مطبوعاتی امروز: در اخبار مربوط به شروع حملات رژیم اسرائیل به جنوب لبنان ، واژه های مناسبی یافت شد که در راستای رسالت این وبلاگ به شرح آنها میپردازم:

noose : کمند، دام، در کمند انداختن Israel tighten noose around Lebenon.

reeling :  گیج شده، تلو تلو خوردن Waves of warplanes thundering through the darkness bombed Beirut's southern suburbs for hours after Israel stepped up its air strikes and tightened a noose around this reeling nation.

towed back :  یدک کشیدن، بکسل کردن   drone : هواپیمای بدون سرنشین  Israeli media said the ship, which had to be towed back to Israel, was hit by an airborne drone packed with explosives.

barrage : رگبار گلوله به صورت مسلسل  meanwhile, fire  barrages of rockets ever deeper into Israel

امروز صبج، اخبار  متناقضی از جریان پرونده هسته ای را در رسانه های داخلی و خارجی دیدم ... و البته واژه و عبارت جدیدی در اخبار رسانه های خارجی نبود که از دید ترجمه مطبوعاتی به آن بپردازم و اگر هم بود،  انگیزه ای برای بررسی این قبیل موضوعات نبود چرا که محتوای آن با غرور ایرانی سازگاری ندارد....

از نقش ریاکارانه  و مقاصد اظهر من الشمس روسیه و چین بگوییم؟ چگونه میتوان شرح واژه های مندرج در متون خبرهایی را دهیم که که حکایت از متهم کردن ما و تهدید اساسی به تحریم دارد... خیر. ما سربلندی و عزت را میخواهیم حتی در اخبار. حال که به اینجا رسیده ایم  باید منتظر تصمیمهای سیاستگذاران کشور بود که البته در این مرحله قبول مصلحت ، مطمئنا منجر به از دست دادن بخشی  از عزت ما خواهد شد. اما  حکمت در کجا تعریف میشود، من نمیدانم.

پیرو یادداشت پیشین در مورد  مشاجره لاوروف و رایس در سر میز شام، برای پاسخ دادن به حس کنجکاوی خود، پیگیر این خبر در دنیای اینترنت بودم که بالاخره گزارش بسیار جالبی در مورد برخوردهای لفظی این دو در سر میز شام حاوی گفتگوی آنها در حالیکه صدای بهم خوردن کارد و چنگالها به خوبی فضای غیر رسمی میز شام را ترسیم میکرد پیدا کردم. گزارشگران سی ان ان هم بی انصافی نکرده اند و با تفاسیر خود، آن را مزین کرده اند. توصیه میکنم حتما آن را چند بار گوش کنید .

comment : هملت  14 تیر1385: اين لينك صحبتهاي بين رايس و لاورووف بي نظير بود خيلي حال كردم. مخصوصا اونجايي كه لاوروف كلي حرف ميزنه بعد رايس مي گه خوب اينها كه گفتي يعني چه؟ و چون لاوروف حوصله تكرار خزعبلاتش و نداره اينجوري القا مي كنه كه شما فهميدي حالاخودت را به اون راه نزن  

 یکی از جالبترین رویدادهای مربوط به انتخابات، در جریان انتخابات ریاست جمهوری مکزیک رخ داده است. نتایج اولیه آراء هر دو کاندیدای اول این انتخابات (امانوئل لوپز اوبرادوی شهردار سابق چپگرا و فیلیپه کالدرون از حزب حاکم)، که در رقابتی تنگاتنگ و نفس گیر با یکدیگر قرار داشته اند، تقریبا با هم برابر بوده و همین باعث شده تا طرفداران هر دو رقیب به خیابانها ریخته و به جشن و پایکوبی بپردازند. اما آراء قطعی در دوشنبه اعلام خواهد شد. اما نهایتا اعلام شد کالدرون با ۴۰۰هزار رای بیشتر برنده انتخابات شد. اوبرادور هم با ادعای اینکه تقلباتی صورت گرفته خواهان شمارش مجدد آراء برخی حوزه های انتخاباتی شده است.

لازم به ذکر است اوبرادور  که وزیر انرژی سابق مکزیک گرایشات آمریکایی داشته و  اوبرادور پیرو مسلک چاوز رئیس جمهور ونزوئلا است. بنابراین احتمالا نخواهند گذاشت تا اوبرادور هم به جمع رئیس جمهورهای انقلابی امریکای لاتین (مورالس و چاوز) بپیوندد.

Exit polls showed Felipe Calderon of the ruling National Action Party and Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, the left-wing former mayor of Mexico City, so close it was impossible to declare a winner.

Both candidates holed themselves up in campaign headquarters awaiting official results later on Sunday but their supporters were already declaring victory and began loud street celebrations.

At Calderon's headquarters, the mood was also upbeat as early vote returns showed him with a lead.

Lopez Obrador was the red-hot favorite for most of the campaign but Calderon, a former energy minister, closed the gap with aggressive TV ads painting his rival as a danger to Mexico's economic stability and linking him to Venezuela's anti-U.S. firebrand President Hugo Chavez.

Calderon vows to clamp down on violent criminals, from kidnappers to drug smugglers.

An exit poll showed Calderon's PAN party winning 35 percent of the vote for elections in the lower house of Congress, four points ahead of Lopez Obrador's party. The next president, whoever he may be, is unlikely to dominate Congressn cliffhanger

Group of 8 meetings are usually rather boring, ending with communiqués and news conferences in which all parties pretend they are all one big, happy family. Thursday's session, however, was different.

Officials forgot to turn off the audio feed from the lunch meeting, so reporters were able to hear parts of the discussion, much of it bickering between the Russian foreign minister, Sergey V. Lavrov, and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, often over arcane points in the statement.

At one point, the two squabbled about Russia's desire to include wording about "urgent methods" to "provide security for diplomats" in the aftermath of the killing in Iraq of five Russian Embassy staff members. Ms. Rice balked, saying that the wording would made it look like urgent measures were not being taken to protect Iraqis and American soldiers.

"It implies they are not being taken, and you know on a fairly daily basis we lose soldiers, and I think it would be offensive to suggest that these efforts are not being made," she said.

Mr. Lavrov replied that the sentence was not intended as criticism. "I don't believe security is fine in Iraq and I don't believe in particular that security at foreign missions is O.K.," he said. "If you feel uncomfortable about it, maybe we should make it shorter."

Eventually they agreed that the text would simply condemn the killing of the Russians and add that "this tragic event underlines the importance of improving security for all in Iraq."

No sooner was that compromise reached but Ms. Rice and Mr. Lavrov were at it again, this time over Mr. Lavrov's proposal that the statement include something about the need for the rest of the world to be more involved in the Iraqi political process. Ms. Rice immediately took exception to that.

"To say the international community is to be more involved in the political process seems to me rather odd, given that they have a democratic elective process," she said.

"I did not suggest this," Mr. Lavrov replied. "What I did say was not involvement in the political process but the involvement of the international community in support of the political process."

"What does that mean?" Ms. Rice asked.

There was a long pause. Then, from Mr. Lavrov: "I think you understand."

Ms. Rice: "No, I don't."

The sparring continued after the lunch and into a news conference. "Condoleezza Rice said that she first came to the Soviet Union in 1979 and she has noticed — seen a change in the country," Mr. Lavrov piped up, in answer to an unrelated question from a journalist. "I also first visited the U.S.A. in 1979 and I have been taking note of changes, many of which we strive to discuss with our American counterparts."

Ms. Rice fumed for a few minutes while the discussion went on to other matters. The next time she was asked a question — about whether she thought Russia had resorted to energy blackmail against Europe, she detoured. "Sergey, when did you go and where did you go in the United States in 1979 that you saw so much change?" she asked.

"New York," Mr. Lavrov replied.

"Oh, New York," Ms. Rice repeated, smirking. "Now I understand."

روز پنجشنبه ۸ تیر اجلاس ۸ کشور صنعتی در مسکو برگزار میشود. رایس وزیر خارجه امریکا نیز که به پاکستان و افغانستان سفر بسیار کوتاهی را انجام داده  بود، از آنجا برای شرکت در اجلاس به مسکو رفته است. به نظر میرسد، موضوع ایران و زمان پاسخ به بسته پیشنهادی تمامی دستور کار اجلاس را تحت الشعاع قرار دهد. در این میان انتشار اظهار نظر یک وزیر آلمانی در خصوص پیشنهاد ادامه کار غنی سازی محدود  ایران تحت نظارت بازرسان آژانس، اگرچه با خشم و انکار امریکا مواجه شد اما عدم تکذیب این اظهارات نشاندهنده اینست که این پیشنهاد نیز به عنوان راهکاری برای باز شدن گره هسته ای ایران نهایتا میتواند مد نظر قرار گیرد...

سفارت ایران در وین اعلام کرد، اشتباهی که در ترجمه اظهارات معاون مذاکره کننده هسته ای ایران در سخنرانی روز پنجشنبه او صورت گرفت، این شبهه را تقویت کرد که ایران در نتیجه مذاکرات ممکن است اقدام به توقف غنی سازی نماید.

The Iranian embassy in vienna said Tehran's deputy nuclear negotiator had been misquoted in a German translation of a speech he gave on Thursday that raised the possibility of Iran stopping uranium enrichment as a result of negotiations. "Iran considers a suspension of Uranium enrichment neither as a precondition for talks nor as a result of such talks," Javad Vaeedi told, according to a corrected text of his speech provided by the embassy.

متن آلمانی سفارت ایران پس از اینکه سخنرانی وعیدی به اشتباه "ایران تعلیق را نه به عنوان پیش شرط مذاکرات بلکه در بهترین حالت، به عنوان نتیجه مذاکرات در نظر می گیرد" توزیع شد. هیچگونه متن انگلیسی ارائه نشده بود و ترجمه شفاهی در حال اجرا، با کف ممتد اندیشمندان طرفدار ایران همراه شد.

A German-language text from the Iran's embassy distributed after the speech mistranslated Vaeedi to say: "Iran considers a suspension of Uranium enrichment not as a precondition for talks". No english text was provided and a running oral translation of the speech was drowned out by applause at the pro-Iraninan think thank.

سهمیه بندی بنزین  (منبع خبر: رویتر 23 ژوئن)

کاظم وزیری هامانه وزیر نفت ایران روز جمعه اعلام کرد ایران واردات بنزین را از 23 سپتامبر متوقف خواهد کرد و عرضه بنزین سهمیه بندی را برای خودروها آغاز میکند.
